Jim Frith, the founder of TopFitPros.com, is recognized as a Master Trainer by the National Federation of Professional Trainers, and he is the author of End the Yo-Yo; the EAMAYW® System. In addition to running TopFitPros, Jim does personal training and weight loss consulting through his other business, Ascending Fitness. As you can see, Jim has many certifications. But getting certified has never been enough for him. He voraciously reads scientific studies to understand the “why” behind various theories and to integrate the results of peer-reviewed research into his fitness and weight loss recommendations.
